In an industry where experience matters and trust is everything, Jim brings both in abundance. A third-generation home improvement expert, Jim has spent more than three decades honing his craft in remodeling and construction, building not just beautiful spaces, but a reputation for reliability, leadership, and care along the way.

Today, as the General Manager of the Construction Division at Superior, Jim leads the company’s general contracting program, helping homeowners bring complex projects together under one clear, organized plan. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, or a project that combines multiple areas of the home, Jim is the person who ensures every moving piece works seamlessly.

When a project calls for coordination across trades, timelines, and details, Jim steps in to guide the process from start to finish. He helps organize the work, align the right teams, and keep everything on track, so homeowners don’t have to manage the stress of it all themselves. Simply put, if your project needs a general contractor, Jim is there to make sure it’s done right.

Jim is also the kind of leader who makes things feel manageable, even when the unexpected happens. He’s known for saying that while there are always factors outside of our control during a renovation, the end result is always worth it. It’s a mindset that keeps projects grounded and clients reassured every step of the way.

What truly sets Jim apart isn’t just his decades of experience; it’s how he shows up. Kind, approachable, and deeply passionate about quality, Jim has a way of making everyone feel comfortable from the start. Whether he’s working with clients, guiding his team, or tackling a complex challenge, he brings a calm confidence and a solutions-first mentality. If there’s a problem, Jim will find the answer.

Outside of work, Jim’s world revolves around his wife and two daughters, who are his greatest source of pride. When he’s not leading projects, you can find him working out, hiking, traveling, or capturing moments through photography. He’s also a devoted animal lover and has even opened his home to foster dogs, just one more example of the care and compassion that define who he is.

At the end of the day, Jim doesn’t just remodel homes; he helps create experiences people can feel good about. And that’s exactly what makes him such an important part of the Superior team.
