We successfully modernized the Alden Retirement Community through the installation of thoughtfully selected flooring solutions, featuring contemporary carpet and stylish tile. Purposeful Design in Shared Spaces
In the dining room, we thoughtfully combined carpet and tile to create a space that is both inviting and practical. Tile around the serving bar allows for easy cleanup while defining the service area, while a playful, patterned carpet adds warmth, color, and comfort to the dining space. The lobby was designed for durability and comfort, with a stain-resistant, easy-to-maintain carpet selected to withstand high foot traffic from residents, walkers, and wheelchair users. The result is a cozy, home-like space that warmly welcomes residents, families, and visitors alike.
Durability Meets Everyday Elegance
For the café, tile flooring was selected to support cleanliness, durability, and ease of maintenance. Its resilient surface allows for quick cleanup of spills and crumbs while providing a polished foundation for the space’s overall aesthetic. This practical yet stylish choice ensures the café remains fresh, inviting, and functional throughout the day.
Beyond the main gathering areas, we carefully installed flooring throughout every additional space,including the theater, salon, billiards room, hallways, and recreational rooms. Each area was approached with intention, selecting long-lasting, beautiful materials tailored to the specific needs of the space. The result is a cohesive environment where residents feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home.
